If your objective of building’s energy savings are prioritised over occupant comfort then there is a risk that your building is not actually serving its core purpose. With Building AI Suite, we aggregate disparate data sources and identify issues of building energy performance and occupant comfort hand-in-hand.
Temperature and humidity, air quality, indoor density, lighting and noise pollution level are significant factors in tenant comfort and employee performance. By placing smart sensors in each zone, we will be able to monitor, diagnose and optimise conditions thus promote a predictive–alerting that facilities building managers to equipment malfunctions before occupant comfort is impacted.

Users will be able to find out which room(s) is having more issues and that was caused by which factor(s) between the selected time period.

The size of the box will reflect the times/ numbers of service/ maintenance required from the contractor. And it will link to this system app for direct contact.
Predictive, proactive controls Occupant issues
When selecting a message from AI Building Mate, the pop-up page will provide details of the message.
As showing that ground level comfort issue was detected, AI building mate will provide insights on what causes the issue and indicate a list of related devices such as fan coil unit (FCI-G-01).
It will also provide solutions to solve the problem with multi-dimensional consideration scores in Cost, Sustainability, Occupant impact, Difficulty of configuration, and ROI, which will help users to make the decision on whether follow or not to follow the AI suggestion.
