While we are all talking about building energy efficiency and energy savings, we should always remember buildings are designed for people. If your objective of building’s energy savings are prioritised over occupant comfort then there is a risk that your building is not actually serving its core purpose. With Building AI Suite, we aggregate disparate data sources and identify issues of building energy performance and occupant comfort hand-in-hand.
Temperature and humidity, air quality, indoor density, lighting and noise pollution level are significant factors in tenant comfort and employee performance. By placing smart sensors in each zone, we will be able to monitor, diagnose and optimise conditions thus promote a predictive–alerting that facilities building managers to equipment malfunctions before occupant comfort is impacted.
