Business Drive

Buildings are complex with highly interdependent systems. It’s important to identify the impact of building components (e.g. HVAC, PV generation) to participate in the energy market, this requires consistent, standardised representation of building details (building metadata) and their relationships in a machine-readable way for accurate analytics implementation and insights.

Building Data Integration

The City of Melbourne nominated five (5) buildings for the project. A gateway was installed in each building to collect disparate data sources, including PV, BMS, lighting control, sub-metering etc., and combine them to achieve a single, unified view on the cloud service.

Value of Data

With comprehensive history and real-time data, we created analysis rules library to meet building owners’ needs, mainly including: PV performance, building decarbonisation and occupant experience.

Customised UI with Live Data

Delivered customised UI with 3D map view that interprets analysis results, which also helps users to track KPIs for their daily works and interactively facilitate their decision-making.
