How We Work
Considering Staffing Request
The search process begins with paying attention to client’s staffing needs and job description given by them. Be it any resource, its budget is followed carefully. This step ends with classifying the staffing requirements such as contractual, permanent or contract-to-hire.
Recruitment And Candidate Certification Process
Search process is initiated from the already available database of candidates or what is available on the job sites. Resume of the candidate is matched with client’s requirements. We also ask the job seekers about the preference regarding job change, preferred location and their salary expectations. Their replies are tracked. Last but not the least, their background as well as educational details are also checked.
Shortlisting The Candidates
After the candidates are selected, their resumes are shared with clients for screening. Eligible candidates are then selected for the first round of interview. Their performance is asked from the clients to know whether or not they have made it to the next round. If they have successfully qualified the first round, they are sent to the next round.
Selecting The Candidates
Selected candidates are informed about the job proposal and the documents required by the client. Finally, offer letter is provided to them from client’s end.
